1. About us

This website is operated by Reliable Williams Aircon Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17338490, registered office 8 Armeston, Sheephouse Way, New Malden, Surrey KT3 5PU.

2. Forming a contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. If a product is mispriced or out of stock we may decline the order and refund you in full; we will always tell you why.

3. Prices

Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise, and exclude delivery unless the free-delivery threshold is met. We reserve the right to change prices, but never after a contract is formed.

4. Title and risk

Risk passes to you on delivery. Title remains with us until the goods are paid for in full.

5. Installation requirement

Equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases must be installed by an appropriately certified person under the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2015. You accept that installing it yourself is unlawful and voids the manufacturer warranty.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the price of the goods.

For business customers we exclude liability for loss of profit, loss of business and consequential loss.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
