Installation
Air conditioning is not a DIY product. Our F-Gas registered engineers install across the South East and the Midlands at a fixed price you can see in the basket.
What the fixed price includes
- Site survey by phone or video before we commit to a date
- Wall bracket, anti-vibration mounts and core drilling
- Up to 3 metres of insulated pipe run in white trunking
- Condensate routing to an existing gully or soil stack
- Electrical connection to an existing suitable spur
- Pressure test, vacuum, commissioning and handover
- F-Gas certificate, warranty registration, all waste removed
What is quoted separately
Pipe runs over 3 metres, scaffold or cherry-picker access, work above second-floor level, new consumer unit or spur, condensate pumps, chasing into plaster and making good.
We tell you about these before taking payment. If a survey reveals something we missed, you get the option to cancel with a full refund — we would rather lose the job than have an argument on the day.

Elsewhere in the UK we supply the equipment and can put you in touch with an F-Gas registered installer we have worked with. We do not take a commission for that introduction.
Timescales
A straightforward single split is typically fitted within ten working days of the order, and takes four to six hours on site. Multi-room and VRF work is programmed after a site visit.
