We got tired of watching British customers wait five weeks for a box
For over a decade our team supplied Williams air conditioning across Spain, where a house without cooling is not really a house. British enquiries used to be a trickle. By 2024 they were a queue.
The problem was never the product — it was the supply chain. A homeowner in Surrey was waiting weeks for a unit that sat on a shelf in Alicante, and if a fan motor failed in August the replacement took longer than the summer.
So we did the boring thing properly: incorporated a UK company, leased a warehouse in New Malden, filled it, hired engineers who already knew the equipment, and put the whole Williams catalogue online.
We are not the biggest distributor in the country and we are not trying to be. We would rather be the one that picks up on the second ring.
