Who is the controller

What we collect and why

• Name, address, email and phone — to fulfil your order. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• Order history — to handle warranty claims. Lawful basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation.
• Payment details — held by our payment provider, never by us.
• Marketing email address — only if you opt in. Lawful basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.
• Analytics data — aggregated and anonymised. Lawful basis: consent via the cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for seven years because HMRC requires it. Warranty records are kept for the life of the warranty plus one year. Marketing consent is refreshed every two years; if you do not re-consent we delete you.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it, object to processing, or ask for it in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Who we share it with

Our carrier, so they can deliver the pallet. Our payment provider, so they can take payment. Our accountants, because they have to see the ledger. Nobody else, and we do not sell data to anyone, ever.
